ok this is new that gonna be goin on!!

after having trouble with keeping upper escelon officers and people fighting over exc ship were starting some thing new!!! and this come talking to marshal and Rrikon before he stepped down!!

all lower officers with the exception of a few of my alts are getting pulled but dont panic!! were gonna do somthing new were gonna make it so everyone gets in guild gets a say in whos officers!! Were putting up a space in the forums where members can nominate and vote for officers!! When we do this please keep in mind these things cause it what the guild needs..
1 are they actively lvling
2 are they helpful not only to you but to others in guild
3 are they on alot
we are gonna do the same with marshals too with these added thought you need to think about!!!
1 do they have best intentions for guild
2 are they gonna step up in pvp for the sake of the guildies (i mean questing guildies not one goin to west for mindless fun!!)
3 are they getting on vent?

ok that take care of the officer problems

ok after talking to other officers its been decided that if you are in guild you must be cheking forums weekly.. THIS IS MANDATORY!!! allies and kos are gonna be changing constanly and voting for officers as well and this is impportant for everyne to know whats goin on and also feel free to post and if you want guild added to allies or kos please post in approprient spot!!

now yall know we have a vent and we havent made it mandatory for everyone to get on and we understand that not everyone computer will support both game and vent but we now gonna ask if we (the officers) are hellping you or we are teaching you about an instance ie like frost and never been in... please try to be on vent if for nothing more you can hear what goin on.. if and when we start TWing and doin CoA we well want you all who are participating to be on vent then it will be mandatory...

i want guild input on what we can do to make guild fun and keep people in guild and keep them motivated to lvl!!! Soon Id like to see us go to CoA or do Celestial tiger events or game events as a guild.. so we and let the server know were alive and getting stronger

I agree more events we can participate as a group will help us grow and let others Know so they will want to join.
